- Installation is $25/sq.ft. $25/sq.ft for backsplash.
- Custom bullnosing is $25/linear ft.
- Drop in sink cut outs are $25/sink and must be cut in place.
- Under mount sinks are $300/sink, due to extra polishing and labor required.
- Cabinetry tops must be level and square to achieve a good seam.
- Seam locations are not guaranteed, we may have to reposition seams to minimize waste
and expense.
- Seams are visible. They are filled with colored resin to blend the seam. A crooked wall
may cause a larger seam. An un-level floor may cause a larger seam. A crooked corner
does not allow pieces to fit tightly. All efforts are made to adjust seams to fit as tight as
possible on site.
- Granite is a natural product. Fissures can exist, but they are not cracks. Pits may also
naturally occur, and can be filled with resin to give the surface a smooth finish.
- Granite is NOT man made, so variations in color and patterning exist
- Granite samples may vary in color from actual slabs.
- Some colors of granite will have variations in patterning, so patterns on seams may not
line up.
- Granite is the second hardest stone on earth, next to diamonds, so it is extremely durable
and scratch resistant. Marble, soapstone, limestone and travertine stain and scratch easily
and are not good choices for high traffic areas.
- Granite will resist stains if sealed and cared for properly.
